Galax Pet Adoption Weekend Informational Meeting

The Twin County Humane Society will be hosting three Informational Meetings about the upcoming Galax Pet Adoption Weekend.

The Meetings will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at:

Carroll County Public Library on Tuesday, February 7th

       Grayson County Public Library on Wednesday,  February 8th

                              Galax Recreation Center, 3d Floor Meeting Room on Thursday, February 9th

 The Galax Pet Adoption Weekend is sponsored by the A.S.P.C.A., local humane societies and the City of Galax. The dogs and cats will be available for adoption on March 31, 2012 will be current on vaccinations and will be spayed or neutered as part of the Galax Pet Adoption Weekend Program. Adoption Application will be required.

Foster homes are needed for the pets that will be available for adoption on March 31, 2012.

 Information about this event and pet fostering opportunities will be presented at the Informational Meetings.
